| Repair Status
A customer can call in anytime of the day, enters a repair order number
and listens to a recording giving the status of the repair work (cost,
pickup time, need for further work, etc). The system accepts credit card
numbers for payment by telephone and automatically places an outbound
call alerting a customer when the car is repaired.
Parts Order Status
The system is comprised of centralized access to a parts inventory database.
A user can dial into the system and enter an invoice or order number to
initiate a query of the inventory database: The system responds with the
part availability and estimated delivery time.
Dealer Locator
A customer dials a toll-free number and enters his or her ZIP code and
the make and model of the car desired. The system responds with the phone
number and address of the nearest dealer.
Car Rental and Body
Shop Locator/Reservations
A customer dials a toll-free number and enters his or her ZIP code. The
system responds with a list of the closest rental car offices. The system
can automatically connect a caller to a selected rental office for further
assistance.
