January 2008 – Microsoft has reached a Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA) with Konnech for K - 12 schools. Konnech has invested substantial capital to build up its own hardware at a telecom data center to provide Host Messaging and Communications (HMC) service in addition to the existing web hosting service.
March 2007 - The Macomb Christian Schools confirms that they will begin using the SchoolBrief school management and communication system beginning in the 2007-08 school year.

December, 2006 - The Confucius Institute at Michigan State University has reached an agreement with Konnech, Inc. to build ChineseBrief.com--a unique interactive communication platform and Chinese language learning tool.
ChineseBrief will enable students learning Chinese to:
- Receive from their instructor up to 5 minutes per day of spoken Chinese language informational content through any landline or mobile phone
- Schedule the Chinese content delivery for times and phone numbers most convenient for the student
- Respond to their instructor via voice message after receiving the Chinese language content
- Receive Chinese language content via text messaging through cell phones or email with sound files attached
- Log onto a dedicated Website to access the daily content (both text and sound files) and respond to their instructor via email to ask questions or to complete assignments
- Review on the Website all previous daily broadcasts and interactive communication from and to their instructors
The Confucius Institute at Michigan State University (CI-MSU) was established in collaboration with the China Central Radio and TV University under the authorization and sponsorship of China's National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. The Institute's objective is to meet the ever-increasing demand for Chinese language education in the U.S. by providing quality learning materials and experiences to both K-12 students and adults and to help train qualified teachers of the Chinese language. The institute will also train Chinese instructors to teach in Michigan schools, coordinate China-exchange programs for Michigan teachers and students, and provide other in-person and online programming for schools and businesses.

Fight Crime: Invest in Kids, (FCIK) an organization dedicated to helping Michigan youth stay clear of the juvenile justice system. For the first time in the organization's 10-year history, it also honored three business leaders. One of them is Konnech Inc, President and CEO, Eugene Yu.
