Search By Name

Allow incoming callers to reach a target extension by entering an extension’s user’s name, which is only valid for incoming calls. Administrators must define each extension’s user's full name in "Extension Setup\Mailbox" so that the system can refer to this data to search a corresponding extension number and to connect incoming callers.
