Pick Up / Barge In Group

Colleagues can be grouped into a "Pick up" group so that any member within the group can answer calls ringing on other extensions for each other. It should be noted that once you create Pick Up group, then the Barge In group is created as well. In some cases, an authorized supervisor may need to monitor call conversations held by subordinates. Therefore, you can create a "Barge in" group to allow the supervisor to do perform Barge in. All the groups defined for Barge-In group will be listed in the "Barge-In Code" window for selecting the monitoring scope.
