Virtual Extension

Virtual Extension is an extension that has no physical wiring connection for an extension port. The users can allocate a physical extension line to the virtual extension which will operate just like the normal extension. Once the physical extension line is released, the virtual extension user's mailbox will still be active for the caller to leave messages. This function is recommended for:

  • A company who adopts multiple working shifts
  • A company whose employees are highly mobilized, (e.g. insurance company, call center representatives).
  • A company whose number of employees exceeds the number of extensions.
