User Console

User Console is a desktop call control console that enables phone operations on each extension user's PC. With the User Console, users can operate most of the phone functions faster than with a digital phone. For example, you can make an outgoing call by double clicking on the phone number listed in the Speed Dial table or the Caller ID History List. Moreover, call pick-up, call transfer, call park/unpark, conference calls, call recording, and overhead paging all have their easy controls at your fingertips. Additionally, transferring a caller to a voice mailbox to leave a message can be easily achieved.
