Music On Hold

The system will play music or pre-recorded messages to callers when they are parked, transferred, or put on-hold. The system provides an internal on-hold music source, or if you desire, an external audio device input to play the radio, for instance. There are up to 10 pre-recorded sets of customized voice messages for Music On Hold.
Callers in a call waiting queue will experience ring back tone or music while on hold with this function. For example, if an extension has Call Waiting enabled, and a second call is coming in, the second caller will keep hearing ring back tone until this call is answered.
