Direct Inward Dialing

Direct Inward Dialing (DID) is a function to that lets incoming calls to directly connect with a specific extension without having to go through the auto attendant. DID allows every extension user to have their own unique direct contact phone number. That given phone number, when called, will be automatically led by the system to a corresponding extension. The DID service is available to those users who have a digital trunk board installed in their PBX system and have subscribed for DID service from the telephone company.
