Barge In

An Administrator, supervisor, or a senior manager may be authorized with the privilege to monitor an active call conversation. You can create up to 20 barge-in groups and classify the barge-in privilege into 10 levels that are interpreted with a "barge-in code". The barge-in code is ranged from 0 to 9. For each extension, the smaller the assigned barge-in code is, the less the privilege will be. In other words, an extension with barge-in code 0 has no privilege to barge into other extensions with a barge-in code of 1-9. In the event that more than one extension is assigned with the same barge-in code, the monitoring privilege will not be authorized for these user's extensions to screen each other.
Barge-in Record allows you to barge in and record a connected call simultaneously.
Barge-in Whisper is a "one-way-talk" barge-in function that allows you (e.g., administrator) to barge-in to a selected extension to talk to while the outside caller will not be able to hear you.
