Customized IVR/FOD

The system provides default entries to you so that you can link your customized IVR/FOD applications to the system. Standard IVR/FOD decision-trees, which is similar to operating flow (call flow), provided by the system to let you record desired voice messages, allows you to select the needed functions for each decision tree's node.
