Call Waiting

This function allows you to answer a call while already being on line with another call. When a call is coming in while you are on another call, you will hear two beeps every five seconds. If the second call is not answered within the time length defined for No Answer Time Out, then the system will guide the caller with auto attendant announcements to other set operations. If you are using User Console, then you are able to keep a maximum of four waiting calls on the system at one time. You can alternate between calls or release the active call and return to any one of the remaining calls.
